Dr. John A. Looper is founder and president of Restoration Fellowship International, a network of ministries and congregations that promotes a return to biblical principles for trans-local fellowship. He has served the body of Christ as teacher and administrator, helping believers implement the practices of embracing a biblically Hebraic lifestyle. John and his wife Jean live in Cleveland,Tennessee.
