Description
The Hebrew Scriptures are filled with prophecies about the coming of the Messiah. The Torah (Law), the Nevi’im (Prophets), and the Ketuvim (Writings) all predict the Messiah in prophecy, metaphor, types, shadows, and vivid pictures. From the very first promise in the Bible (Genesis 3:15) to the very last promise in the Bible (Revelation 22:20), the expectation of the Messiah is a scarlet thread that is woven into the very warp and woof of all of Holy Scripture.
